RIVER ROUGE, MICH (Fox 2) – Christopher Brown, 13, a cognitively impaired boy, went missing around 10 a.m. Oct. 27 from the McDonald’s at 10995 W. Jefferson Boulevard in River Rouge.

Brown was seen chaining his bike to the bike rack outside the restaurant and then going inside for about a minute. When he got out, he got into a dark-colored Chevrolet Tahoe with Florida license plates. The license plate number is DSM1544.

Brown’s family tried to call his cell phone, but no one answered. The family said this was abnormal behavior for the teenager who had recently stopped taking his medication.

He is brown and white, stands approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, red shorts and brown shoes. He had a red file with him when he disappeared.
