HOUSTON – A woman is in custody after investigators say she shot and killed her husband in North Houston.

The incident happened just before 11 p.m. Saturday in Lone Oak near Shady Lane.

Crime scene investigation teams surrounded a small SUV on the side of the road.

It’s unclear what led to the confrontation or what charges the woman will face.

Their identities were not disclosed.
