New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin has been a stable presence for Aaron Rodgers. He has consistently seen himself getting a decent number of targets in recent weeks and has turned that into a few catches.

After just two catches on four targets in the first two weeks, Conklin broke out in Week 3 with five catches on six targets for 93 yards. New England Patriots. He has made at least three catches in four of his last five games, including four on four targets last week.

The Patriots have also had trouble defending against tight ends this season. This season, they have allowed the opposing team’s tight end to make at least three catches in all but one game. Mike Gesicki (three catches), Conklin (five), George Kittle (four), Jonnu Smith (five), Dalton Schultz (four) and Evan Engram (five) surpassed that 2.5 figure.

Even though the Jets led for most of the game, we expect Conklin to get involved. Adams might take away some of his target share in New York’s offense, but three catches from the tight end isn’t too much to ask.

The Jets are the better team here and may have a chance to step up the score against their opponents, and they’ll take the chance to do so if they can.
