KINGS (-115) was available as the 3.5-point underdog on Friday night, but unfortunately we can’t bet on the time machine, so we’ll have to deal with that line.

There are many explanations as to why money might have come to Sacramento.

The Kings received a lot of late support from the market before the season opener and were overwhelmed from 2-point underdogs to 1-point favorites in some books. They were a little unlucky to lose against Minnesota. They were ahead by 12 points in the 3rd quarter and had a 2 on 1 opportunity in the last 30 seconds of the tie.

Sacramento won all 4 games against Los Angeles last season and the Kings C Domantas Sabonis 10-0 all-time in matches against Davis. However, this statistic might be the equivalent of walking past the roulette wheel and seeing the red hit 10 times in a row, so I wouldn’t bet too much money on it.
