A woman who previously accused Chris Brown of drugging and raping her 20 million dollar lawsuit is resurrecting his allegations for a new Investigation Discovery documentary.

The accuser, identified only as Jane Doe, alleges in “Chris Brown: A History of Violence” that the R&B singer assaulted her at a yacht party outside Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Miami mansion in December 2020.

The woman does not appear to blame Combs, who was recently accused. accused of sex trafficking and blackmail And facing multiple civil lawsuits – participating in any alleged sexual misconduct at the time.

But in a preview of the documentary seen by Page Six, Doe recalls seeing the “Bad Boy for Life” rapper on a yacht at one point but describes him as “really nice.”

His lawyer Ariel Mitchell-Kidd recently Represented Combs’ accuser but has since “removed him as a client due to a breakdown in the attorney-client relationship,” she confirms to us: “Diddy was on the yacht.”

“The yacht was docked behind his house on Star Island. We believe that he may now own the yacht or rent it,” explains the lawyer. “We did not specify the type of ownership because we could not verify it.”

When Doe first filed the lawsuit in January 2022, an insider told Page Six at the time that even though the massive boat was docked outside Combs’ property, the now-disgraced mogul did not own the yacht.

A separate source close to Combs told us on Saturday: “These allegations have nothing to do with Diddy and there are no allegations of wrongdoing against him.”

His representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Meanwhile, Doe stated that she was honest in her allegations against 35-year-old Brown in the documentary and that she wanted to come forward again to “shed light on what really happened.”

He remembers meeting the “Under the Influence” singer on the boat and giving him alcohol.

“I don’t remember if I saw him pour it or not, but I just drank it and he handed me another drink,” Doe says at the doctor. “As I stood there, I started to feel a little tired and my body was feeling a little heavy.”

The accuser alleges Brown then took her to a bedroom on the boat, where he allegedly laid down on the bed and got “on top” of her.

“I couldn’t move, I said ‘No’ and then I felt him… then I realized he was inside me,” she said through tears. “I didn’t want this and he’s kissing me to stop me from talking… I was so disgusted.”

Doe claims in the document that she continued to talk to the “Loyal” singer after the incident to gain “more clarity” on the issue, but later realized, through therapy, the depth of what allegedly happened to her.

When the lawsuit was first filed, Brown denied any wrongdoing and leaked text messages That Doe sent him to clear his name.

Mitchell-Kidd and George Vrabeck, who also represented the accuser at the time, later dropped him as a client in March 2022, telling Page Six that the Miami Beach Police Department had provided them with new information that “precluded” them from representing him.

However, Mitchell-Kidd decided to take Doe on as a client again. tell people “I adore my client and believe what happened to him was 100 percent true,” Friday said.

“I feel like I failed him as an attorney because I didn’t make him comfortable enough with me in such a short period of time where he felt 100 percent comfortable being forthright with me.”

In August 2022, Doe’s first lawsuit was dismissed “without prejudice” for “lack of representation.” According to NBC.

It’s unclear whether Mitchell-Kidd plans to reopen the case. He did not respond to Page Six’s request for further comment. Brown’s lawyers did not immediately get back to us.

“Chris Brown: A History of Violence” will premiere on Investigation Discovery on Sunday at 9 p.m.
