Looking at all the sacrifices and hard work that has gone into organizing the South Pacific Boxing Promotions event scheduled for this afternoon, Winston Hill is grateful to the organisers.

Having a total of three international fights is a huge milestone for boxing in Fiji and Hill is adamant the sport is heading in the right direction.

Hill says more international matches will definitely help boxing grow in the country and he looks forward to such events in the future.

“Bringing three IBO titles to our shores is a step forward for Fijian boxing, so you know your hat is off to bringing three IBO titles to South Pacific Boxing Promotions. “This is not the first time and certainly not the last.”

Winston Hill will also defend his IBO Asia-Pacific Super Heavyweight belt against Australian Lachlan O’Shea tonight.
