RAPID CITY, SD (KOTA) – The man accused of sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of child pornography pleaded not guilty during his first appearance in federal court Friday morning.

Bryson Priest, 25, is charged with three felonies: sexual exploitation of a minor, receiving child pornography and possession of child pornography. The indictment alleges that the alleged Priest received sexually explicit videos from a minor through the social media app Snapchat between 2021 and 2024.

He was ordered held in the Pennington County Jail.
