CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — A big traffic change is coming to North Cedar Rapids. Tower Terrace Road project continues to push forward.

Starting from Tuesday, October 29 Tower Terrace Road It will be open to traffic between Alburnett Road and C Street. Construction crews will also begin work on several changes to Avenue C. This work is part of the third phase of the project. It is expected to be in effect until mid or late November.

A new roundabout will be partially opened to traffic at the intersection of C Avenue Northeast, Tower Terrace Road, East Main Street and East Robins Road.

Currently, the intersection is not completely finished yet. Therefore, U-turns will be made on C Street and Tower Terrace Road. Below you can find a map of this:
