Police said the manager who offered beer and hookah to young girls in the video has been charged

KENTON COUNTY, Ky. (WXIX/Gray News) – The principal of a Kentucky high school is facing charges after a video showed him drinking and serving alcohol to two high school students, according to the Kenton County Police Department.

Scott High School principal Anthony Procaccino, 50, was seen in the 2023 New Year’s Eve video with a beer bong in his hand while two teenagers, ages 16 and 17, drank alcohol, the police department said.

In the video, a police officer identified as Procaccino is seen sitting in a room with beer bongs and Truly cans on a table.

Police said the video was shot inside Procaccino’s home.

On New Year’s Eve 2023, the Kenton County Police Department said Procaccino was the principal of Whites Tower Elementary School.

The investigation into the incident took place after police said they were contacted by the mother of one of the teenagers in the video over the weekend of October 19-20.

“Apparently this isn’t the first time this has happened,” the mother said.

Body camera video was obtained from the Kenton County police officer who interviewed the mother.

The video has been blurred to protect the mother’s identity, and her voice has also been altered.

In the video, he tells the officer that he is worried about retaliation against his child because the mother called the police.

The girls appear blurred in the video because they are underage.

“He is a grown man in a position of power. “You are 15 *beep* years old, you cannot persuade a man,” said the mother.

The mother also expressed her concern about the revealing clothes worn by young girls in the presence of the principal in the video.

A spokesperson for Kenton County Schools referred WXIX to its original statement on this matter earlier this week.

on October 21 Kenton County School District Spokesperson Jessica Dykes said in a statement that they were aware of the investigation.

“This is a personnel matter,” he said on Oct. 21. “Cody Wolf, assistant principal at Scott High School, has been appointed interim principal at this time.”
