Where is Pacific Palisades home Matthew Perry died, sold in an off-market deal.

Real estate developer Anita Verma-Lallian purchased the four-bedroom, 4½-bathroom home overlooking the Pacific Ocean in an affluent Southern California suburb.

“Anita purchased this property in line with her investment strategy. This home is the latest addition to her portfolio of real estate assets,” Verma-Lallian’s representatives told FOX Business.

DOCTOR ACCUSED OF MATTHEW PERRY’S KETHAMINE OVERDOSE PLEADS GUILTY

Authorities confirmed to Fox News Digital at the time that the “Fools Rush In” actor died of drowning in his home hot tub. Months later, when the toxicology report was completed as part of the autopsy, the report stated that “trace amounts of ketamine” were detected in the stomach contents. “The exact method of acquisition in Mr. Perry’s case is unknown.”

“Prescription medications and unpackaged pills” were also found in Perry’s home, according to the autopsy report.

Earlier this month, Dr. Mark Chavez pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute ketamine in Perry’s death. It is stated that Chavez faces a maximum prison sentence of 10 years. After surrendering his medical license and passport, he will remain free on bail until sentencing.

The San Diego-based doctor used Dr. He admitted to selling ketamine to Salvador Plasencia.

Chavez allegedly previously operated a ketamine clinic and submitted a fraudulent prescription in the name of a former patient to secure the drug. Plasencia allegedly taught Perry’s assistant how to inject the actor with the drug.

Three more people were charged at Perry’s death — Perry’s assistant Kenneth Iwamasa; “Queen of Ketamine” Jasveen Sangha; and alleged middleman Erik Fleming. While Iwamasa and Fleming accepted plea deals, Sangha pleaded not guilty and will face a joint trial with Plasencia.

Perry rose to fame after being cast in this role at the age of 24. Chandler Bing in “Friends.”
