2025 KTM 390 Adventure

The leaked image shows this: 2025 KTM 390 Adventure It will be available in two models: 390 Adventure R and 390 Adventure X.

Leaked technical specifications reveal that the 390 Adventure R will be a more off-road focused version. It will have 21/18-inch front and rear spoke wheels with knobby tires that will aid off-roading. The seat height will be a whopping 885mm. It will have the same instrument cluster as the current 390 Duke, but with a position in the driver’s line of sight. Other confirmed additional features include cornering ABS and switchable traction control. Another feature we know is previously leaked images The R variant will also have cruise control. The suspension setup must be adjustable for compression and rebound at both ends and have a wheel travel of 230 mm. The R model will be available in a single color scheme consisting of a mixture of orange and white. All the specifications mentioned above are based on leaked images and the actual specifications will be revealed at EICMA 2024.

The 390 Adventure X will be the bike that puts more emphasis on the road and will be the cheaper of the two. . It will have the same chassis and bodywork as the 390 Adventure R, but will have 19/17-inch front and rear alloy wheels and road-focused tires to aid touring. The X’s suspension will not be adjustable and will have 200 mm of wheel travel. The seat height will be much more accessible at 825 mm. The X will feature an LCD console and switchable ABS to keep prices in check. . The X will have two color schemes, one black and orange and the other white and orange, similar to the R model.

The engine in both versions of the new KTM 390 Adventure will most likely be the same as the current version KTM 390 Duke but with a few tweaks to gear sizes and/or gear ratios to better suit their nature. The 390 Duke has a 399 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 46 PS at 8,500 rpm and 39 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm and is mated to a 6-speed transmission with slip and assist clutch and bi-directional quick shifter. is paired.

2025 Enduro R Series

125 and 390 Enduro R were also leaked. An Enduro bike is usually a stripped-down version of an ADV. In order to be better off-road, the entire bodywork is abandoned in order to reduce weight.

The Enduro R series will likely be an even more off-road focused version of the 390 Adventure R but with less bodywork to keep weight down, which is generally preferred when you go off-roading.

The 390 Enduro R should be built on the same chassis as the 390 Duke, with a different subframe. It will have a different bodywork, larger 21/18-inch front and rear spoke wheels, long-travel suspension, and a flat motocross-style seat. It will be powered by the same engine as the 390 Duke.

KTM 125 Enduro R will probably have the same chassis KTM 125 Duke but with a different subframe, bodywork, seat and wheels to make off-roading better. Wheel sizes will be 21/18 inch wire spoke wheels and long travel suspension. It will be powered by the same engine as the current 125 Duke.

KTM 390SMC

Another interesting motorcycle we see in the image belongs to the KTM 390 SMC. SMC is a supermoto; A motorcycle with a motocross-style bodywork featuring a high seat height, long-travel suspension, and 17-inch wheels with road-focused tires. From the picture, we can understand that the 390 SMC will have the same body structure as the 390 Enduro R, shorter suspension travel and a seamless flat seat.

India Launch and Price

The KTM 390 Adventure series will be unveiled at EICMA 2024 and is expected to be launched in India early next year. The 390 Adventure R is expected to be priced around Rs 3.8 lakh while the X variant is expected to be priced around Rs 3.5 lakh. The 390 Enduro is expected to be available for sale in India as well, as it has been spotted testing on Indian roads. We expect it to be positioned between the 390 Adventure X and 390 Duke and be priced around Rs 3.3 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom. The 125 Enduro R and 390 SMC will most likely not be launched in India as the 125 Enduro R is too expensive and the SMC format is not well known or popular in India.
