An investigation continues into a shooting that injured a man early Tuesday morning.

According to the Brooklyn Park Police Department, the shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. in the 6000 block of 65th Avenue North.

When officers arrived, they found a man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound; He was later taken to hospital.

No arrests have been made at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
