2 teenagers injured in stabbing in Surrey

Riders in Surrey have appealed for information and witnesses into the stabbing of two boys, aged 11 and 13, last week.

On November 14, around 1:45 p.m., police officers were called to the 7100 block of 135 Street on a report of a stabbing and found two injured people.

“Both youths were transported to hospital for further evaluation,” Surrey RCMP said in a statement Sunday. he said, adding that the injuries were not life-threatening.

Police said the suspect fled before police were called and headed toward “a fitness company at 7093 King George Boulevard.”

The suspect is stated to be a black male in his late teens, approximately 1.70 tall. At the time, he was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black shoes and a black Nike medical mask.

Witnesses or drivers with dashcam footage from the area are asked to contact Surrey RCMP. Anyone with information can call 604-599-0502 and offer case number 2024-169392.
