BONHAM, Texas (KXII) – A 15-year-old Bonham teenager died Friday after being struck by a car while walking on State Route 121 Wednesday night.

According to a GoFundMeThe victim is Bonham High School freshman Tristen Andersen.

Andersen was hospitalized in critical condition on Wednesday and passed away on Friday.

The fundraising page says Andersen “touched many lives with his kindness and generosity” and that they are raising funds “to assist Tristen’s family with funeral expenses and other financial burdens they may be facing.”
