“It’s all about attitude, man. I saw that in practice here today,” Smith said. “It was like the end of the world when one guy messed up the game. But that’s what you want.”

Smith also commented: “You want that for the lads to come out on the field and say, ‘Hey, I can’t make mistakes.’ They can train more nights and days, they know exactly what their job is, so when they go out there, they know the coach is going to curse you out if you mess up.” ”

Advice from Aidan Hutchinson

The talented defender stated that he had held meetings before. Aidan Hutchinson and shares with him the actions a defensive team captain should take to help increase team camaraderie.

“He likes to play cards. He likes to play cards,” he said Smith. “It’s all about love, man. I’m teaching him a few things through the camaraderie of the team. There are some things that need to be done.
