In a viral video, Bengaluru autorickshaw driver Pavan Kumar claimed that a woman passenger had booked two cars for the same trip, causing confusion. According to him, he used two different apps (Ola and Rapido) which led to two cars coming to him. In the video shot by Pavan himself, Pavan is seen insisting that he had booked the ride through Ola, while the woman sitting in another car from Rapido refused to complete her Ola booking. He admitted to checking prices on the app but claimed he never confirmed the trip. However, Pavan insisted that he got the booking from his app.

As the Rapido driver hesitated to start driving, tension flared between the woman and Ola auto driver Pavan. He challenged her to prove that she had not booked her car through the Ola app. When she initially opened the app to show him, he quickly became frustrated and refused to provide further evidence.

The situation worsened when the woman became aggressive towards Pavan, using abusive language. The video also shows her losing her temper and trying to confront him physically.

“Fuck you, fuck you. Yeh pagal aadmi hai (This guy is crazy),” he said, pointing at Pavan and asking the Rapido driver to start driving.

Details remain unclear, but the woman insisted that Pavan’s Ola app was faulty and claimed that she had not booked any ride with him.

After the video went viral, the Bengaluru police responded to Pavan’s post on social media. He shared the video online and tagged it, demanding action. Police responded and asked him to provide his contact information and the location of the incident.
