Mable’sA 100-seat restaurant serving Mediterranean-inspired cuisine has opened in West Marin.

It is managed by and located at: hostel in MarconiAccording to the announcement made on November 7, the restaurant is led by Executive Chef Les Goodman.

Goodman, who brings more than 25 years of culinary experience to his role at Mable’s, is also a part-time adjunct faculty chef instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College, according to the news release.

Prior to joining Mable’s, he served as executive chef and CEO of Goodman’s Jewish Delicatessen in Santa Rosa.

Mable’s features a full bar and a 1,300-square-foot wraparound outdoor patio overlooking Tomales Bay, according to the announcement.

The restaurant’s beverage program is operated in partnership with Oakland-based distributor Festival WinesAccording to the statement, wine and cocktail options are offered on a rotating basis.

“Opening Mable’s has been a labor of love, and we are so proud to be a part of this incredible West Marin community,” Goodman said in the announcement. “I am especially excited to introduce locals and travelers alike to new flavors and unique dishes through this (Mediterranean) style of cuisine.”

Mable’s is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 4 to 9 p.m. Additional dining periods will be added early next year, according to the statement. Reservations can be made at: Plug.
