game of Thrones star Sophie Turner is reportedly in negotiations to portray iconic adventurer Lara Croft in Amazon’s upcoming film Tomb Raider TV series. The series written by flea bag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge describes it as an “epic globe-trotting” adventure and marks another major adaptation of the beloved video game series.

Turner, known for her role as Sansa Stark, was in the front row alongside Lucy Boynton (Bohemian Rhapsody). If confirmed, Turner will portray the legendary archaeologist after Angelina Jolie and Alicia Vikander. Alongside the show, Amazon is also releasing a new Tomb Raider the game is a movie production and fans can look forward to Tomb Raider 4-6 Remastered collection next year.
