“He was found guilty Friday in Johnson County court of reckless second-degree murder and leaving the scene of a fatal accident. . . . He allegedly left the scene of the crash, where prosecutors said he was driving under the influence. A K9 unit later located him to take him into custody.

“He was initially charged with aggravated DUI and failure to stop at the time of an accident, but the charges were changed following the death of 9-year-old Nolan Davidson in the crash.”
