WEST FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A Fargo man was arrested and faces several charges after leading police on an early morning car chase.

Just before 1 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, police said they attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 900 block of Eaglewood Boulevard in West Fargo.

WFPD said the driver took off and fled toward the 2000 block of Sheyenne Street, where police were eventually able to stop him.

The driver, Austin Michael Muck, 31, of Fargo, was arrested on five charges, including fleeing by motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence and driving under the influence.

Police said no one was injured during the chase and additional charges may be filed against Muck.
