In an early-morning attack in Manhattan last month, a sick woman raped a 30-year-old woman and passed out in her car after the two met at a nearby bar, law enforcement sources said Thursday.

The victim, who met the patient for the first time, was sexually assaulted inside her car at East 29th Street and Second Avenue minutes before 4 a.m. on Oct. 27, cops and sources said.

Sources said the two had earlier met at a local waterhole and left together before the woman lost consciousness.

After the attack, the suspect fled in a white Chevy Malibu with tinted windows, police said.

The woman was taken to a local hospital and her condition was stated to be stable.

The Manhattan Special Victims Team is investigating the sexual assault, police said.
