Tavern Park covers an area of ​​approximately 18,000 square meters on two floors.

The first floor of the building will be a sports bar with a 125-foot-long LED wall that wraps around the space. A portion of the first floor will include an indoor park with patio games and dog-friendly seating areas.

The second floor will feature a nightlife-oriented lounge and a rooftop terrace called Perch Audio Lounge.
