Nick Young took a trip down memory lane, recalling his infamous fight with D’Angelo Russell.

The former Lakers teammates made headlines off the court in March 2016 when a video secretly recorded by Russell emerged. Young discusses his relationships with other women together in a private meeting.

On the latest episode of the “Gil’s Arena” podcast with former NBA player Gilbert Arenas, Young, who was then dating Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, claimed that he confronted Russell, then a decorated rookie, “from afar.” The Lakers increased security following the incident.

Young and Russell left the Lakers around the same time in 2017.
