Phoenix Suns Still Top of NBA Power Rankings

PHOENIX — The Phoenix Suns will have to navigate the next two weeks without the talents of Kevin Durant, who will be re-evaluated due to injury.

But the Suns are off to a good start and enter Wednesday with a 9-2 record. Despite several players dealing with injuries, Phoenix’s depth has improved under the guidance of Mike Budenholzer.

Can they sustain the hot start?

The Suns are still sitting pretty high in the national power rankings this week. Note that some of these power rankings were completed before Tuesday’s win over the Sacramento Kings.

The superstar’s calf will heal.”
