washington – A man working for the U.S. government has been charged with leaking classified information assessing previous Israeli attack plans against Iran, according to court documents filed Wednesday.

The man, identified as Asif William Rahman, was arrested by the FBI in Cambodia this week and was due to appear in court for the first time in Guam.

It was not immediately clear whether he had an attorney or which federal agency hired him.

The New York Times was the first newspaper to report his arrest.
