How Do Domino’s Dealers Manage Data and Storage?

The partnership with HourWork has proven to be particularly valuable when it comes to employee retention, a critical issue for restaurants. HourWork analyzes feedback from stores to identify trends in employee satisfaction, allowing franchisees to address issues at specific locations. It even detects situations where employees are at risk of turnover, allowing operators to proactively reduce turnover. “Retention is hard, especially for drivers and insiders,” Moses says. “HourWork’s artificial intelligence will add further value by helping franchisees analyze feedback. If one store has more negative responses than others, this may indicate a management problem. “The franchisee can step in to correct the situation before it becomes a bigger problem.”
