Amanda Seyfried Shares Why She Left Hollywood for a ‘More Balanced Life’: ‘Best Decision’

Horses, chickens, cats, goats, donkeys, ducks and the actress’s 15-year-old dog, Finn, call the farm home. She admits that caring for animals is a “learning process” but “exciting.”

He says country life also provides the opportunity to teach his children valuable lessons. Nina, 7 and Thomas, 4learning about the benefits of small local farms and how to grow their own produce, while also eating responsibly and showing respect and kindness to animals.

“I can see them learning, even at a young age, what a huge responsibility and attitude it is to take care of pets,” says Seyfried.
