Northbound I-75 was closed at S. Huron Drive in South Rockwood for several hours due to a crash involving a flatbed semi.

According to Michigan State Police, troopers are working that crash and Monroe County sheriff’s deputies are also working another crash along I-75 Downriver.

MSP says northbound I-75 was closed at mile marker 26, causing major backups.

Sheriff’s deputies were working a crash at southbound I-75 and I-275 and had to close I-275 to land the helicopter due to injuries sustained in the crash. Both sections of highways reopened at 10.45am.
