Town to temporarily close part of Cocoanut Row due to drainage work

Cocoanut Row will be closed to all traffic between Seabreeze and Clarke streets starting Tuesday, November 19, due to a construction project to improve drainage. the town announced in a statement Friday..

Northbound traffic at Cocoanut will head eastbound at Seabreeze. The town said motorists should use South County Road to reach Clarke and then head west on Clarke back to Cocoanut.

Southbound traffic on Cocoanut will detour eastbound on Clarke. Drivers should use South County Road to reach Seabreeze and then head west on Seabreeze back to Cocoanut.

The municipality urges drivers to follow traffic signs and signs and drive carefully in the affected area.
