WARSAW, Mo. (KY3) – Authorities arrested six suspects wanted as part of a months-long drug investigation in Benton County.

On Saturday morning, the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force and the Pettis and Bates County Sheriff’s offices executed a search warrant near Lincoln without knocking on any doors. More than 25 deputies and officers searched three homes and two trailers. They say they found a pound of meth, stolen guns, more than 20 vehicles and other illegal items.

Deputies detained 6 suspects at the scene on drug and firearm charges. Investigators believe more charges are likely.
