NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — Christian Ings scored 22 points in Norfolk State’s 83-69 win over James Madison on Saturday night.

Ings added five rebounds for the Spartans (3-0). Brian Moore Jr. He scored 17 points by shooting 7/5 from the field and 7/7 from the line. Terrance Jones shot 4/7 and finished the game with 11 points.
