Donald Trump’s historic victory already feels like morning again in America

That’s it: the end of the world has been postponed.

Despite the outcry of Democrats and their media spokespeople, Donald Trump’s landslide victory It is the dramatic course correction that our nation and the entire free world desperately need.

Its broad scope offers the promise of progress on so many fronts that it already feels like Morning in America.

Immediate benefits include both internal and external gains.

These are examples of the “Trump effect” and should be seen as a down payment on future progress.

American stock markets are rising in anticipation of his free-market economic policies, and in Mexico, half of a migrant caravan heading to the United States has been turned back because of Trump’s mass deportation plan.

His reversal came after he warned Mexico’s president that he would impose a 25 percent tariff on exports unless the caravans were stopped before they reached the US border.

It’s also considered good news that Democrats are forming a circular firing squad to find someone to blame.

Nancy Pelosi, who helped remove President Biden from the ticket, complains the party made fools of not doing so Kamala Harris Before appointing him as a candidate, he has to go through a preliminary process.

What do you think?

Radical left backlash

Others focus more astutely on how the party’s radical agenda has turned away so many core Democratic supporters.

Ritchie Torres, the well-informed congressman from the Bronx, followed up by writing about X: “Donald Trump has no better friend than the far left, which has succeeded in alienating historic numbers of Latinos, Blacks, Asians and Jews from the Democratic Party.” Nonsense like “Defund the Police” or “River to Sea” or “Latinx.”

The loss even led some prominent left-wing media cheerleaders, including MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough, to belatedly realize that inflation matters to voters, after months of repeating the White House’s idiotic claim that Bidenomics was successful.

As for disappointments, the only thing that’s happened so far is that stupid celebrities who promised to leave the country if Trump wins have broken their promises.

Come on, Barbra Streisand, show me the way to Canada.

And take Cher and cry Jimmy Kimmel With you.

In the end, it doesn’t matter if they stay or go.

What is important is that Trump’s policies will strengthen America both economically and militarily, and this will cause ripples around the world.

A prime example of what happens when America leads strongly is the report that Qatar told Hamas leaders they should leave the country.

This is essentially a death sentence because no matter where they go, Israel will find them and kill them.

Happy days.

More broadly, the fate of terrorist scum everywhere hinges on what I believe will be the most important aspect of Trump’s foreign policy: his plan to stop Iran’s ability to spread mayhem and its pursuit of nuclear weapons.

The reasons for his focus are strategic and personal.

Friday’s unveiling of a federal indictment revealing that the Iranian government planned to assassinate Trump showed just how far the radical Islamist regime is willing to go in its quest for power.

This is the second Iranian assassination plot against Trump that the feds have busted, with the first coming in August.

Dem silence is deafening

The president-elect didn’t need another reason to go after crazy mullahs, but now he has an unquestionable reason.

The attempts to kill him are the ultimate act of hostility against America and are aimed at interfering with our elections.

It is interesting that the Biden-Harris administration talks little about conspiracies and its obedient press treats them as ordinary events.

Why?

Imagine how they would treat attempts to kill Biden or Harris.

Just pointing out the difference gets to the heart of the matter: Iran is not trying to kill the weak Democrats in the White House because they are a source of wealth and do not interfere with Iran’s malevolent agenda.

Likewise, the mullahs fear that Trump’s return will disrupt the party.

If nothing else, it is enough for him to step aside and release Israel; Biden and Harris have refused to do so.

Under their rule, the murderous Iranian regime has reaped hundreds of billions of dollars in oil revenues, thanks to the White House effectively lifting economic sanctions imposed by Trump.

Most of this money went directly to Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis and other terrorist groups that attack Israel and our troops in the region.

Iran has also financed attacks against our Arab allies such as Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

And the mullahs made common cause with Russia in its war against Ukraine and continue to help Syrian butcher Bashar al-Assad slaughter his own people and the Kurds.

Finally, Iran has made great progress in its goal of making nuclear weapons, and the current administration has no choice but to continue bribing it.

This policy is an autopilot copy of the Obama-Biden policy, which aims to persuade and bribe Iran into more moderate positions.

This effort failed miserably years ago, but nevertheless continued out of weakness and a desire not to be closely tied to Israel, and especially Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

This environment makes Trump’s election particularly timely.

Attempts to kill him must be the death knell for the most despicable government on earth.

His goal, as the mullahs have repeatedly stated, is to destroy Israel, which he calls the Little Devil, and then the USA, which he calls the Big Devil.

Trump’s counter-approach envisions a world in which Iran is an oil-rich country without monstrous ambitions.

Its people would finally be free after living under a bloody, oppressive regime since 1979.

No nuclear, no problem

Trump said as much on Tuesday.

He told reporters after the vote that he “did not intend to harm Iran.”

He added: “My conditions are very simple: They cannot have nuclear weapons. “I wish them to be a very successful country.”

Iran denies initiating assassination plans and its foreign minister calls for “confidence-building” measures between the two countries.

If he’s serious, there are easy ways to prove that Iran wants peace.

We can start by telling Hamas leaders to surrender and release the hostages, including four American citizens currently held in Gaza.

Iran must abandon any goal of eliminating Israel and immediately cease its attacks.

At the same time, he must order Hezbollah to stop firing on the Jewish state and withdraw its troops further north to Lebanon, as promised in a UN resolution years ago.

From now on, Iran must prove that it does not produce nuclear weapons by opening all its nuclear facilities to unrestricted international inspection and keep them open permanently.

It’s a tall order, but with Trump in the White House, Iran has no other good options.

Once he understands this, Trump will win an elusive peace and prove once again that American power is the only path to a safer world.
