Kynlee Heiman He’s not like the average kid.

At only 8 years old, Kynlee walked in New York Fashion Week, competed in beauty pageants, and starred in movies opposite big stars while constantly training to be a gymnast. But best of all, he was dubbed the “world’s youngest bodybuilder” online after photos of his prominent abs went viral.

“I train for six hours all day,” Kynlee exclusively revealed. Us Weekly discussing the holiday movie The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.

Kynlee’s mother for the last three years, Angel HeimanIt took Kynlee two hours each trip to the gym so her daughter could train for gymnastics. Since she spends four hours a day in the car, Kynlee usually does her homework there, and according to her mother, Angel, “there have been no complaints.”

“(Kynlee) doesn’t like taking days off. “He doesn’t like feeling like he’s missing out on anything,” Angel said. We. But the intense workout started as a friendly sibling rivalry between Kynlee and her siblings during the pandemic, which led to them starting a workout program.

“These kids are so weirdly competitive. So, from just brushing your teeth to ‘who will do it first?’ Who does this best? ‘Who’s the best kid, who’s my favourite?’ I mean, everything about them is extremely competitive,” Angel said. “It all started with this workout routine since we were stuck at home. Then I remember looking at it and it was like three to four. And I was like, ‘Oh my God, I think he has abs!’ I thought.

But Angel admits that most of Kynlee’s physique is “genetic and natural,” adding, “(her abs) are definitely kind of up there in gymnastics.” He continued: “Naturally you will get them. And so he doesn’t have to do thousands of crunches or do anything crazy. And she’s extremely muscular just from doing bars and gymnastics, so a lot of it is spent pre-training and then doing gymnastics at such a young age.”

As the saying goes: “Abs are made in the kitchen,” but Kynlee’s diet isn’t as restrictive as it seems.
“(Kynlee) definitely eats junk food, but it’s not her snack of choice,” Angel said. “But it definitely exists, but probably not in the amount that normal kids would want or have.”

When asked if she was already in the best shape of her life, Kynlee responded with a laugh: “So…yeah!”

While working six hours a day and juggling auditions is a lot for anyone — especially a kid — Kynlee is committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve her goals. “My dream is to win the Olympics, be the best in the world, and then act and become a movie star,” Kynlee said.

When she’s not busy training and working on her gymnast routine, Kynlee is honing her acting skills. He starred in the movie Holiday The Best Christmas Show Ever next to you Judy Greer And Pete Holmes.

After receiving an offer from her flamboyant beauty pageant coach to start acting, Kynlee was cast in the feature film as Gladys Herdman, one of the six mischievous Herman sisters who compete in the local church pageant and discover the true meaning of Christmas.
