MARIETTA — Roseland Coffee Bar is set to expand to its third location in Marietta starting in 2025.

The expansion follows the successful renovation of the original Barlow location and the growth of the vibrant Belpre location.

The original Barlow store, located next to Warren Local Schools, recently underwent a summer renovation that added ample outdoor seating. This location now serves hand-dipped ice cream from spring through fall and offers waffle cones, ice cream sandwiches, cups and milkshakes in addition to its popular drink menu. For Roseland, the expansion was a way to give back to their hometown and support Barlow’s continued business growth.

“We also have Belpre Roseland Coffee Bar, which has now become our busiest store and has been open for over a year.” the company said in a statement.

Roseland now eyes Marietta for its third spot. The coffee company purchased the Southeast Ohio Counseling Center building on Seventh Street, directly across from Marietta College. The location is also close to Marietta Middle School, Washington State College of Ohio and Marietta Memorial Hospital.

“We believe this is the perfect location for a variety of reasons.” The company emphasized its proximity to important educational institutions and medical centers and said: “This will put us in the heart of a close-knit community and make it more convenient for locals without the hassle of navigating the traffic of Pike Street.”

In the statement, the company said that they carry out outreach and community events throughout the year. Roseland Coffee Bar anticipates opening a location in Marietta will help them expand these events to reach more people, and they said in a statement they hope it will help them make a greater impact in the community.
