Fox’s NFL pregame show will debut Sunday from Naval Station San Diego

Fox Sports’ NFL pregame show will debut Sunday from Naval Base San Diego, continuing the network’s tradition of hitting the road to honor the military on Veterans Day.

LOS ANGELES — Fox Sports’ NFL pregame show will debut Sunday from Naval Station San Diego, continuing the network’s tradition of hitting the road to honor the military on Veterans Day.

This is the second time in five seasons that Fox NFL Sunday has headed to a military base in San Diego. In 2020, he was at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar.

The demonstration launched last year from the U.S. Air Force Academy and was completed by visiting the nation’s three military academies over a five-year period.

On “Fox NFL Sunday,” he was aboard the USS Harry S. Truman in the Mediterranean in 2000 and visited Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan in 2009.

The two-hour special, which begins at 11 a.m. EST, will feature Rob Gronkowski jumping from an MH-60 helicopter into the Pacific Ocean and the entire cast training with Navy SEALs.
