LOS ANGELES– Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are taking their show on the road and “Live with Kelly and Mark” To Palm Springs. As we learn, the duo has endless reasons to be excited about this working vacation.

Starting Monday, Ripa and Consuelos will call the California desert home. The daytime duo will tape the show’s four episodes in Greater Palm Springs. They will take time between shows to enjoy their visit.

“We absolutely love the morning walk,” Consuelos said.

Ripa added, “I go outside and marvel at the fruit trees in everyone’s yards. It’s my favorite thing.”

The list of reasons to escape to Palm Springs goes on.

Consuelos said, “Weather, palm trees,” while Ripa said, “People. We’re looking for people the most.”

People are excited to see them, especially the staff at The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort and Spa.

“With all the incredible locations the team explored, choosing our beautiful Westin Rancho Mirage Resort had our entire team pumped up and ready to go,” said Tom Scaramellno, general manager of The Westin. “We can’t wait until Kelly and Mark get on the field.”

He continued, “They’ll enjoy the beautiful 18th fairway. We’ll have 2,500 seats there for guests, and we can’t stop them from coming.”

Colleen Pace of Visit Greater Palm Springs shared, “We’re really big on tourism and hospitality. So this is going to bring a lot of attention and a national audience to our destination, and we’re super excited about it.”

The duo is happy to bring national attention to the Palm Springs area.

“The best shopping in Palm Springs is in the downtown Palm Springs area,” Ripa enthuses.

Episodes of “Live with Kelly and Mark” will air in Palm Springs starting Monday.
