The Chicago Bulls’ season opener was bittersweet. Lonzo Ball returned to the court after being away from the court for two and a half years, but the team came up short against the New Orleans Pelicans. They were away in their second game of the season, this time taking a short trip north to face the Milwaukee Bucks.

After the Bucks had success in the season opener, the Bulls were tasked with facing a star-studded duo in Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo. Midway through the second quarter, Giannis seized a fast break opportunity and showed off his athletic ability with a huge dunk over Nikola Vucevic.

In a tightly contested contest, a dunk like Antetokounmpo’s is the momentum boost the team needs to generate some runs to extend their lead. It worked, too, as the Bucks recovered six quick, unanswered points.

NBA fans were quick to give their two cents on the monster slam, as the video racked up more than 22,000 likes in just six minutes.
