BALTIMORE, MD — Police say a 22-year-old man was found with gunshot wounds in a vehicle near the Annapolis Road exit on I-295 South, prompting an investigation by Southern Precinct detectives.

Patrol officers responded to reports of the shooting around 8:41 a.m. on Nov. 7. Upon arrival, they found the victim inside the vehicle and transported him to a nearby hospital for treatment. His condition was not disclosed.
