BIGFORK, Mont. — Bigfork is getting a new restaurant called Quarter Circle, which will be located at Flathead Lake Lodge.

Residents who wish to dine at the restaurant must make a reservation in advance.

This season will feature Spanish-style dishes and menu options will be available for those with dietary restrictions.

The menu of restaurants is expected to change every year.

“Who knows what the end of next year will be,” said Rob Clagget, executive chef of Quarter Circle at Flathead Lake Lodge. “We really just want to have fun. Open ourselves up to the local community and do something fun for us during the winter months.

QuadrantIt will open on December 5th but will start taking reservations on November 18th.

The restaurant is hiring servers and managers ahead of opening day.
