On November 6, 2024, at approximately 8:20 PM, deputies in the C-District responded to the scene of a crash with unknown injuries at 52700 Block NC 12 HWY, Frisco, NC 27936. One person was transported to the Outer Banks. Hospital for injuries.

Susan E. Myers, F/65, Catonsville, Maryland, was charged with (F) Attempted First Degree Murder, (F) Assault with a Deadly Weapon/Intent to Kill/Causing Serious Injury, and (M) Assault with a Deadly Weapon. . The defendant is currently being held in the Dare County Detention Center on $75,000 bail.
