According to ABC News, the expected winner in Maine is Vice President Kamala Harris.

Harris won three of the state’s electoral votes, while Trump won one for Maine’s 2nd congressional district.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence is preparing to hold intelligence briefings as part of President-elect Donald Trump’s return to the White House.

“ODNI is following the tradition of providing intelligence briefings to the president-elect, which has been in place since 1952,” the DNI said in a statement to ABC News.
