Aside from the moving fee, he also noted that once the room is finally secured, agents charge tenants 10 percent of the rental fee as a commission to help them find a place to stay.

“They shouldn’t even be getting 10 percent from tenants. They’re supposed to be getting it from landlords, but let’s face it, it’s become the norm now, why can’t you get five percent?” he asked again.
