Two female missionaries from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints enter the home of “Mr. Reed,” turns out to be a pleasant seeker with his own marked copy of the Book of Mormon, the faith’s foundational scripture.

Could this be a “golden touch” sent from heaven to embrace the Latter-day Saint gospel? Tough. Instead, the young proselytizers begin a hellish descent into the dungeon world of a brilliant but insane psychopath determined to test their own religion – and all religions – in a cataclysmic struggle between faith and disbelief.
