Allison Holker celebrating a very special day!

The 36-year-old professional dancer shared a sweet moment on Sunday, November 3, remembering her youngest child, daughter Zaia. instagram In honor of his fifth birthday.

“Today is my little girl ZAIA’S BIRTHDAY!” the proud mom captioned the post.

“He’s 5 and he’s 20. I’m so proud of where he’s come,” he continued. “My angel has a heart of gold and the scream of a lion and I’m totally obsessed with her!”

Holker added, “Please wish him a happy birthday and another year filled with love and light!”

So You Think You Can Dance The alumna added four photos to her birthday post; the first of these shows Zaia running across a carpet in a house wearing a blue and white striped dress.

The carousel continues with a photo of Holker holding Zaia in his arms as she stands in the doorway. Holker wore a long-sleeved, button-up white shirt and matching pants, along with layered necklaces and striking eye makeup.

The third image is a photo of the mother-daughter duo looking at each other with wide eyes and holding their hands over their mouths. Holker wore a black off-the-shoulder top for the photo shoot, while her daughter wore a patterned white and black jacket.

The last image in the carousel shows Zaia crouching in a wicker chair with a small smile on her face.

holker shares Zaia — also her 16-year-old daughter, Weslie Renae, and her 8-year-old son, Maddox Laurel, with her late husband Stephen “tWitch” BossWHO died at age 40 In December 2022.

In June, Holker opened up about how her children were coping with the loss of their father. An exclusive interview with PEOPLE On the red carpet at the 2024 Critics’ Choice Real TV Awards.

“We always had a very close bond as a family,” Holker said at the time. “But there’s a new level to this now. There’s a new level of respect, patience and understanding. The conversations I’m able to embrace and have with my kids are unlike anything I’ve seen in other families.”

She added that their newfound connection “came from something very sad and painful, but it only brought us together.”
