On Wednesday, 38-year-old Jamar L. Robinson was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.

Police said Robinson sold fentanyl in town several times. Town officers, working with assistance from the Delaware County Drug Task Force, arrested Robinson, police said.

He was arraigned by Magistrate District Judge Michael A. Burns and committed to the George W. Hill Correctional Institution in lieu of 10% of $350,000 bail. Robinson is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 13 before District Judge Walter A. Strohl.
