Police officers investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist in Doncaster have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.

South Yorkshire Police said the incident happened on the A19 at Askern at around 17:30 GMT on Friday.

A force spokesman said the three-vehicle crash, involving a Yamaha motorcycle, a Land Rover Evoque and a Seat Leon, occurred between the junction with Manor Way and the junction with Rockley Lane.

Police also appealed for anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage at the scene at the time of the crash to get in touch.
