In a rare feat for an Indian movie star, South Indian actress Trisha Krishnan was recently featured in a clue in The New York Times crossword puzzle. The clue “Actress Krishnan of South Indian cinema” led to the answer “Trisha”, which was a proud moment for her and her fans.

The actor took to Instagram to share his excitement, posting three photos of the crossword clue with his name highlighted. She wrote with a cheerful caption: “Bye! “The show’s over (sic),” he said, reflecting her delight and gratitude.

Known for her roles in South Indian cinema, Trisha has had an excellent career spanning over two decades with many iconic films.
