“The couple from Small Heath were charged with conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life.

“They were ordered to appear before Birmingham Magistrates’ Court today (November 2). This comes after all three men were previously charged and arrested.

“A man in his 40s thankfully suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
