Body of last missing Impact Plastics worker found weeks after Helene floods

ERWIN, Tennessee. (WVLT/Gray News) – The body of the last Impact Plastics employee missing in Erwin, Tennessee has been recovered more than a month after flooding caused by Hurricane Helene.

Unicoi County Search and Rescue officials confirmed that 29-year-old Rosa Andrade was among six workers killed in flooding at the facility.

She leaves behind a husband and two children.
