We’re making changes to how our supporters log in to all of our online platforms to make their experience smoother and more secure.

From Wednesday, November 6Fans will only need a single email address and password to log in to all our platforms, including arsenal.com, the Arsenal app, Arsenal Direct and Online Box Office accounts.

Single sign-on will be introduced across all our sites and applications.

The changes will provide a simplified and more seamless experience for our supporters across all our online platforms.

They also provide additional security for all our supporters by streamlining our login process, as well as giving us even greater protection against bots and touts accessing our systems and ticketing platforms.

All supporters with a valid email address will be contacted directly today to explain the simple steps they need to complete the Single Sign-On process.
